VERPACK

Exhibited at the Bauhaus Summary 2025

Verpack, taking its name from the German word verwandeln meaning “to transform”, starts as a full-sized backpack designed ready for a long haul adventure. The bag’s modular structure allows it to shift shape: the top folds into the main body to become a daypack, the body rolls down into a compact crossbody, and the entire bag can be rolled up and secured with the flap for minimal carry.

Originally an informational banner hanging on the Bauhaus Museum, the recycled material not only adds a whimsical unexpectedness to the pattern, it invites users to be more conscious with every step.
